Macphies shortbread mix is as simple as adding butter, mixing and baking, it really is that easy! Make shortbread fingers, biscuits, millionaire’s shortbread and so much more with this extremely flavourful and versatile shortbread mix.
This mix is suitable for vegetarians and vegans, for a fully vegan shortbread we recommend using softened vegan butter.
How to make (per 1kg shortbread mix and 400g softened butter):

Place Shortbread Mix and softened butter into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle.
Mix on slow speed until a stiff dough is formed
Process as required.
