Millac Double Cream is an expert blend of buttermilk, vegetable oil and dairy cream which has added vitamin D. Millac has taken all of the benefits of dairy cream and enhanced it to provide greater stability, more volume when whipped and brilliant versatility making it the ideal product for all of your cream requirements.
It’s ideal for whipping, pouring and cooking. It can be whipped up to 3x of its volume as well as being re-whipped, which helps manage waste. It’s brilliant for holding its shape well when it has been piped.
This double cream is reliable as it doesn’t split with acidic ingredients or at high temperatures.
Millacs Gold Double Cream is great for use in cafés, hotels, restaurants, and coffee shops and is also brilliant for use at home.
Instructions for use:
For cooking and pouring: Use in the same way as dairy cream.
For whipping: Chill in a refrigerator for 12 hours before whipping.
