Macphie’s Waffle and Pancake Mix offers a simple way to make premium and delicious pancakes and waffles. This mix is ideal for any business specialising in creating pancakes or waffles.
Add a diverse and tasty range of waffle or pancake dishes to your menu for any time of the day! Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert you can make savoury or sweet pancakes and waffles that will have your customers coming back!
Pancake Mixing Instructions (per 1kg mixture and 1200ml water)

Place Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a whisk, add liquid and mix for 1 minute on slow speed, scrape down.
Allow to stand for at least 10 minutes before use (the product performs better if the batter is chilled overnight).
Hotplate – Cook pancakes for 60-90 sec each side (until the top of the pancake begins to bubble) on medium heat around 200° C.

Waffle Mixing Instructions (per 1kg mixture, 1235ml water and 265g melted butter)

Place Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a whisk, add liquids and mix for 1 minute on slow speed, scrape down.
Mix on medium speed for 1 minute or until a smooth batter is formed
Follow the manufacturer’s guidance on waffle iron heat and timings.
