The Hario V60 drip brewer is a simple, delicious method of brewing coffee. The innovative Hario design has a large hole at the bottom, spiral ribs on the inside of the dripper and a fairly steep side wall. The control that these elements allow when brewing coffee will help in producing a great cup of pour over coffee.

How to brew:
Fold the paper filter along the seams and place inside the code.
Add coffee grinds (medium-fine grind)
Shake lightly to level coffee
Take fresh boiled water and allow to settle
Pour hot water slowly to moisten the grounds from the centre to the outward with a circular pattern
Wait approx 30 secs until next pouring
Slowly start adding more water using the the same speed, swirling motion as before.
Brewing should take 3 minutes
