Churros Mixing Instructions (per 1000g mix and 1000ml water):

Mix on slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down the mixing bowl with a spatula, and mix for a further 4 minutes on medium speed. Rest the batter for 10 minutes prior to use.
Pour the mixture into a piping bag. Pipe and fry at 180° C for 3 minutes.
Serve with your choice of sauce, toppings or inclusions.
