How to toast the perfect marshmallows?

Stick 1-2 marshmallows on a skewer or barbeque fork
Hold the stick about 20 cm above the heat source. Do not hold the marshmallows In the flame.
Rotate the stick until all sides are golden brown.
Let the marshmallows cool off and enjoy!
