Dawn’s Traditional American Cookie Mix is not only simple to make but it offers fantastic profitability as you can make up to 60 of these delicious soft and chewy American cookies.
Add any flavouring and filling you wish, like vanilla flavouring and chocolate chips to create a cookie that your customers will come back for!
Instructions for making the cookies:
You’ll need: 1000g Dawn Cookie Mix, 140g Butter or Margarine, 90g Water.

Place cookie mix and butter in a bowl and combine with a beater for 1-2 minutes at a slow speed.
Add water and continue mixing on slow speed until dough has formed.
Scoop dough and place on lined baking trays.
Bake at 180° C fan oven for 10-12 minutes.
