Crepe Mixing Instructions (per 1000g mix, 710ml water)

Add the crepe mix and water into a mixing bowl and whisk until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the crepe mixture onto a griddle and cook at 200 C for 60-90 seconds per side or until golden brown.
Serve with your choice of sauce, toppings or inclusions.
