This Mactop Extra Cream Alternative is whipped up into any number of delicious toppings or fillings for your dessert dishes and sweet treats.
It contains less than half the fat of double cream and it will expand to three times its volume which keeps for up to 5 days at an ambient temperature (up to 20° C so therefore does not require refrigeration).
You can add colour and flavour to this cream without affecting the finish of the whip.
